Sifang can mean private room or private collection. Both are applicable In this series of small-group gatherings, where we meet in an intimate tea space to taste and enjoy teas from my collection.

In this session we will drink a classic Shui Xian oolong, a type of yancha or cliff tea from Wuyi Shan, China.
