Sifang can mean private room or private collection. Both are applicable In this series of small-group gatherings, where we meet in an intimate tea space to taste and enjoy teas from my collection.
In this session we will explore a well known oolong from China and Taiwan called tieguanyin (iron goddess of mercy). No previous experience necessary.
